The mad pilot from the RAF.. an old boyfriend of my Mom's who live in Devon.
It'll be fun - have o go charge my camera battery so I can bombard you afterwards with all the photos.

I can't wait.. Devon cream and sweet men.... YUM!!

Software costs a FORTUNE!

Why does it cost so much? Why can't they make it cheaper, and just get you to upgrade every year?
I'd be far happier buying a £100 product and £50 a year than £500 once off!!

Honestly.

My Antivirus software just cost £74 and I don't even get a disk!!

It's a rip off, and we cant do anything about it!!! ARGHHHHHH!!!!

Canoeing in France

Well, back in July we went canoeing in France. There was a photographer some way down the river and these are HIS photos (hence the watermark).

Movies - do they still exist?

It's been about 3 years or more since I saw a movie, and I'm sick of it.
I've not seen the movies I like, and i MISSED SO MANY I CAN'T even remember the ones I want to see. Yes, I could go to the local Block Busters and get it out. You're right cos I know you are thinking that.

OK, so when does one watch them? at 9:30 pm eventually when you have finally got the kids down, put on the last load of washing, and are so exhausted you can't see straight after a long day at the office.

On the weekend, when you have houses to clean, shopping to do, tennis/sport to go to.
OK - so take the kids then - but I wanna see 'grown-up' films, not appropriate for kids.

Another problem - I hate movie crowds, and sitting next to idiots that constantly check their cell phones for text messages - I may get violent if I see that again.

So, what's the solution?
Don't watch movies or get SKY TV where they are on TV after they have been on the circuit - and I'll do that as soon as I'm richer.

See? There's a solution to every thing.
