Ahh, the sweet exctasy of your presence brings the dread of your leaving. The bittersweet joy of having you near, in my arms, preculdes the need for you to leave. Another place, another life, another reason lies in your wake, and in your path.
All those loose ends, those pieces that need tying off. They need attention, as do I, but for me it's but one day, and for you it's but a lifetime.
We undo what we have done, and we fix what we have broken. Some day we will be whole again, together again, not for a day, not for a week, but for a lifetime.
