Things to do before you die...

You know all those 'life' changing things people say....  like
 - Climb Kilimanjaro
or
 - See the Aurora Boralis
  etc ?

Well I have my own list this week... which might well change next week, but for this week its:

1. Got to a parents evening with someone else (not alone again) - preferably someone that also has my kids welfare at heart....
2. Have a child's party  - and not be alone (again)
3. Go to friends with a partner ( for a change )  - although last week I made it to my Uncles with my best mate Nadine ( thanks Nads).
4. Go to a school function / play / musical show etc with someone....who also wants to be proud, talk about how great your kid is and has an active interest in their performance.

Amazing hey ? 7 years of doing it alone and I'm really sick of being a single parent.  I'm sure this is not what I thought being a parent would be like.  It's bloody lonely people!! 

YES..... I know things will change I can hear you all yelling, but you know what - this is my blog and my rant space, and this week was tough, and lonely, and so have the last 7 years been.

I can't wait for it to change !!!
