Ok, so I'm in the hot seat. I've been told my position is no longer available. Thus I need to be 'redeployed' - so, not wanting to take this lying down, I am challenging them on the point.
I'm not challenging people, I'm challenging the process.
They did it wrong, I think, and until they can prove me wrong, I'll carry on believing so.
I read a saying the other day, and they said : "You can't always have two mitts on. Sometimes you have to take one off and throw the ball back."
Well, that's what I am doing. I am throwing it back. I'm for the down-trodden, especially if I know the law (or I have a specialist that does) on my side.
So don't give me a process, and expect me not to check up on you. I am bright, intelligent, capable of reading Labour Law, and gonna check up. Your references will be validated, to see if you are who you are. It's never the wrong time to do the right thing. So go ahead and do right by me.
